I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, and 100% for less than 24 hours. Appointments more than 15 minutes will be charged and rescheduled. It is a full service fee for no call or no shows! Deposits are non-refundable/non transferable! No refunds!!
